KerryClean prides itself in being a professional cleaning company. Many companies may say they're professional, but may not have the credentials that go with it; KerryClean does. We carry two million dollars in liability insurance, we pay all taxes (payroll, state, federal, local and Pennsylvania sales tax), all employees are bonded and have had background checks and we carry Workman's Compensation to protect you as well as us in case an employee gets hurt at your home. Ask the cleaning service you consider if they have true employees or if they use sub-contractors. If they have employees, ask to see a copy of their Workman's Compensation and bonding policies along with the background checks of the staff members who will have access to your home.
The owners of KerryClean are also covered under our insurances and bonding as well, and would be happy to provide you with copies of any or all of these documents upon request.
Once we complete your Personal Home Profile we will quote the services you request. All goods and services provided by KerryClean are subject to a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.
